Hi Ken, Walter Breen's Complete Encyclopedia of U.S. and Colonial Coins has a picture of the 1899/7 #3033 Very Rare; NO PICTURES #2034. (last 9 repunched Rare), & #2035 Ex. Rare. 1903 #2040 repunched 3 w/picture Very rare.
Larry Steve & Kevin Flynn published book (FLYING EAGLE & INDIAN HEAD CENT DIE VARIETIES which I don't have that may have them listed.

According to the FLYING EAGLE & INDIAN HEAD CENT DIE VARIETIES book The 1899/7 was refuted. It was later proved to be a die chip, not another 7. It does not show the 1903 RPD.

THE reference on the subject is Rick Snow's giant work on Indians, likely available on Amazon or eBay. I picked it a copy from Rick at the Long Beach show. While it's $100, I highly recommend the book. I've never lost money on a reference.
