It's very odd and unusual cases like this that get thrown out of the 'averaging of scores' come time to find the value of a gas plating bubble. This is a very unusual gas bubble coin, thus the moon money for same. But we all know that the 'typical' gas bubble coin is a couple of dollars and to someone who's really just interested in having a decent example. Most people would just find their own for a penny because they are all over the place as a general rule.

Once again, though - this one is odd. It is unusual, thus it brought a nice premium. It probably helped that there were nice images and the coin is a nice, bright BU coin.

Great sell Sean! These novelty coins often sell for more than minor varieties, and all the more power to you if you can sell them while giving an honest description.
