The blue ones? Not recommended. There is a chance of damage to the coin from album friction, the album offers no protection for the surface of the coin and you can only view the obverse when you put the coin in. That and a new one will require a large amount of force to properly insert the coin into hole. Not a good thing.
Don't cheap out on albums. You'll regret it later.
I would recommend spending the money on a Dansco... Its WELL worth the money and looks great! #8100 is the one I have... it includes holes for proof issues as well.

Awesome I heard good about them ill try to find a deal on one!
Agree a Dansco is nice especially for nice red coins.
The Whitmans blue folders probably were done by almost every cent collector at some time in their collecting and are fun to fill.
They're a bit tough to get the coins in but you can get the hang of it.
They might be ok for brown circ coins but still over enough enough time they do mess up the coins especially if there's moisture.
My advice is don't buy them, you might pick up some partial sets at a show and fill them as backups or whatever. I've also got partial ones at yard sales and at used book stores that even had some coins in them for cheap.
Check local coin shops for Dansco's too, come to think of it. You might be able to get a nice used one for half the price of a new one. A lot of coin dealers buy collections in Dansco's at auctions for the coins in them and get rid of the albums for cheap.
I would suggest staying away from albums altogether, especially if you are collecting red copper. Most albums will turn red copper because of the chemicals that the coins are exposed to. I stick with 20 pocket pages and flips.
