Maybe the more common mintages as a lot, but most people will tend to see it as silver first and a quarter second even if they are slabbed. I personally see no reason not to sell slabbed coins piecemeal; especially if there is a 32 D or S in there. Key dates can be greatly devalued in a lot as opposed to individual sale.

As stated, the reason to sell as a group instead of individually is TIME. Listing 60 coins with an average value of 15 dollars- it would take more than a week to do so individually, not to mention the time it takes to package.
