    I can see the clash line running through the "C" on CENT, NW/SE.

      Im leaning towards a clash too. I don't see any evidence of it being a doubled die sorry.

          The mark in front of the C and past the T in the wreath on the reverse as well as below OF AMERICA in the headdress are all clash marks as noted. The other areas are so minor and marginal with no consistency that I cannot attribute to any particular class of hub doubling. It seems like Longacre along with maybe some machine doubling. I would just call the coin minor die clash and leave it at that. Nice pics and thanks for sharing. My overlay below is rotated slightly versus your example.
