I presume that we are referring to the "T" shaped anomaly. Since it appears to be raised, it is not a dropped letter. Though a bit odd, all I could call it is a die dent that has taken on the appearance of a small T.
The mark on the hair is part of it's design. I think it is a ribbon. The lower area might be just a well placed rcontact mark from a reeding edge from another coin?
