1940-D RPM-002 Mercury Dime. X-MAS early!

This is the first time I ever checked this coin for varieties. Bought this one back when my expertise extended to which coin was the shiniest! This is by far one of my best finds ever. My pics do not do justice to the quality of this coin. It's nearly blinding to look at. Don't know 'bout full bands but looks close!

Great stuff! Thanks for the link. I love the Mercs but I must admit there is quite a learning curve between wheats and mercs. I'm just now(after 3 years!Hehe!)able to see past the glare of these things and find some varieties. Here's another one I just found, 1942-D DDO-002: 11942-D DDO-002942-D DDO-0021942-D DDO-002

Real nice variety. I am partial to the Mercury dimes also, second only to the Lincoln cent.
