I have a problem that is now becoming comical over the response that I am getting from the mint.
when I say mint... it is the fulfillment center is who takes the calls.
call center in Texas, shipment site in Kentucky or Tennessee
When you call for refunds you hear a recording to expect 3 to 5 business days for orders to be prepossessed
September 4: order 4 coin and currency sets, I was told the dollars are moving in the holder so they are being hand checked, small delay in shipping
September 11: my order ships
September 16: order arrives but I am out of town
September 17: open box, 3 sets perfect, 1 set dollar moved
September 17 night: call for exchange, I was told UPS tag will be sent via email in 24 to 48 hours
September 20: called back asking for a tag. 48 hours is weekend, I was told I would get tag by Tuesday
September 22: no tag by noon, now I am upset, call mint, I was told I will get tag in 1 hour. got tag in 35 minutes
September 23: shipped out and tracked
September 25: it was signed for on the dock by Mason in Tennessee
September 30: called as I have not heard anything or received an email as I had requested, I was told it did not arrive, when I told them to track it,
.......................they say yes they received it, small problem with their info center, I told them I wanted a exchange as this was a birthday present.
October 4: I called, they are processing it, returns are sent out on the 1st, should hear about it in 2 days, I told them I wanted a exchange
October 6: I called, they are working on it, I would get my refund soon, said I wanted to talk to manager, told her, EXCHANGE not refund, I was told the manager
................would call me on October 8 for an update
October 8: I had to call them, they have not started processing my claim, they would notify manager.... then they hung up!
October 8: after typing everything before this I called them, Manager busy today forgot to call me, refund center in Tennessee wanted to know if this was a refund?
.................manager will email them again tomorrow.They are hand checking the orders going out.
Anyone else have this many problems... ever?
