    1955 Proof Half Dollar DDR

I found this in a proof set yesterday. The bottom and top of most of the letters on the reverse seems to have notching . Is it a valid DDR ?
    Thanks

For sure, great catch! Pix are a bit dark, but I can still see the goods! I was trying to check VV, but for some reason the 55 pix aren't loading for me. Maybe you'll have better luck...http://varietyvista.com/11%20Frankli...20Listings.htm

Yes, it looks like some good notching.

Also... In the last pic under the A it has a nice pareidolia. Had to bring that up after the thread with the monster pareidolia because this one is much better. I see a monkey with eyes and mouth and nose and arms and legs sitting like a very cute stuffed monkey.

They're more than welcome to photograph it if they want... I'm debating if I should cut it out of the Cello or leave it as it...

I see no reason to take it out of the cello.
You can even send coins for grading in cello.
Or put it in one of those sticky no staple flips still in the cello.
