Doubled Die or? 1966 Roosevelt Dime

I'm wondering if this is a doubled die or something else.The inner ear has an interesting phenomenon

I do not see anything that leads me to believe this is hub doubling. It does look like deterioration. The ear anomaly is interesting but the condition of the coin keeps me from making a better diagnosis.

Nice images. I think most, if not all, is MD.
The "textured Rays" you mention are actually die flow lines which are a sign of an older die. They are created as the copper "flows" into the devices on the die.

Found a 1965 dime with the same doubling inside the ear
