    Time for a change!!!

    Hey ya'll don't forget to set your clocks back Sunday Nov 4th at 0200 (a.k.a. 2:00 A.M.)!!!

    LOL, we don't do that here. No daylight savings time in Arizona

      It still makes confusion. We are the same as pacific time now but after the others change then we are the same as mountain time. Sometimes eastern is 2 hours different, sometimes 3.

              The Florida legislature approved and the governor signed our ending of the time changes... Now we have to wait on the feds to do their stuff so we can actually end it... There will actually be a lot of behind the scenes work required to do away with the time changes and that's just on all of the different computer systems!!!

                I think it's sort of a hold over from the old days when the bulk of the country was farming. Keeping it constant is simpler if every state did it.

                  I thought it was from WW2 to keep lighting less in factories or driving in daylight in case of black outs, I grew up on the farm and it didn't take a clock to get up and go work in the morning, Dad and Grandpa had big boots
