1994 P quarter doubled obverse and reverse?

Where are you seeing the doubling?

I see what you are talking about on both. There looks to be some die deterioration so I'm not sure, the lips are odd looking for sure though. On the reverse at the neck, it just looks like slide MD though.

There is definitely something going on at the neck of the eagle. There is MD in the vicinity, and although that makes this area suspect, I am not so sure it is not something more substantial. The lips on the obverse are also intriguing. However, I am afraid I am not knowledgeable on Washington Quarters enough to make a call without having an in hand look. Are you willing to send it to me for an examination Sheila?
