    1908 Indian cent S-12

I had this coin graded by PCGS a couple years ago and have still yet to see any others listed anywhere. It is both a misplaced date and a repunched date. I honestly know very little about Indian cents but, I knew enough to pick this guy for $50! Someone with some knowledge of Indian varities, help me out with this one. Price, rarity... what do I have here? To clarify, the MPD can be seen in the denticles below the "8" and the RPD can be seen underneath the "19" of the date.

    Very nice variety and condition.
I'll see if I can find a link to a site it has a lot of different varieties for Indian cents when I get back to my computer.

I attributed it using indianvarieties.com. They dont list rarity or any price details though.

I went there. I couldn't find a way to register. It only says "This board has no forums."

That was the same info I found the other day while looking something up.

                Here's one I did find.

Definitive Reference for Indian cent Die Varieties LINK .
And I think I also saw a rarity scale.

I actually emailed the author of that site. He didnt have this particular variety listed but he got back to me and said its URS-9. Now, i just have to figure out a value....

Rick Snow has a 1908 S-18 in 64RB listed on his site for $500 but, this variety is both an MPD and RPD so I'm hoping its in that vicinity.
