The 7th image of ST (STATES) is interesting but I'm not sure if it is split upper right serifs or from Die deterioration.
Others, more experienced than I, will hopefully chime in.

I'm still see light issues. Every coin you're posting you believe has doubling on both sides. Try this. Take pics with the lighting coming from different directions and I think you'll notice the doubling moves around. Not trying to be hard on you, but you need to try something different.

I agree with enamel7. Every one of your posts deal with coins that do not have hub doubling on them. As mentioned, if both the obverse and reverse have doubling, then it automatically becomes suspect. Turning the coin in the light is an excellent idea. You also need to read up on the hubbing process and understand what constitutes a hub doubled die. Reading up on the striking processes will familiarize you with the doubling that can occur as a result of the strike such as MD. There is die deterioration doubling as well as master die doubling.
In a nutshell, there is a whole lot to learn here. We will help you along, but sooner or later, you must put forth the effort to try and figure these out on your own.
Please also remember that this is a Lincoln Cent forum. We don't mind looking at the occasional other denomination, but they should all go in the off topic area.

I am with the others on this one... I have given you links to reference materials to help you identify a doubled die... Have you looked at those yet... On your other threads folks have commented and others have asked you questions yet you have not responded... Is there some reason you have not responded??? We are trying to help you but it is beginning to appear you do not wish to have the help??? If you do not respond then other members will no longer chime in to your threads... Let us know!!!
