Looks like it may be a Constantine coin. (http://www.ancientresource.com/lots/...nstantine.html)

It could be a type of Constantine coin, but I do not see a match to Mine.

It is indeed a Roman coin, and Constantine is the emperor on it. There are hundreds of different varieties of Roman coins with Constantine the first and the second depicted on it. Yours (with the wreath on the reverse) should be easier to attribute. Based on what that inscription in the wreath states, I am thinking this coin is a Constantine II and dates from around 337-361 A.D.

That is a terrific find. Not many people can say they found a much older coin in a customer roll.

Thank you Bob. I have seen many Constantine coins on the website. But, I have yet to find one just like mine. But, that is OK. At least I have an idea of what it is now. Thank You everybody for helping me!

You can probably figure out the mintmark on it. I think it's the letters on the lower reverse. That'll tell you were it's journey started.

As some of you know, I've moved to ancient coins since I have been pretty much been cut off from roll hunting. It's nice to see both of my worlds merge
What you have Sheila, is a coin of Constantius II minted in Cyzicus which is in modern day Turkey:
                      Constantius II AE3.
                      Minted: 341-346 AD.
                      Obverse: D N CONSTANTIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed head right
Reverse:VOT XX MVLT XXX, 4 lines within wreath.
                      Mintmark SMKZ

Huh. Weird. It works fine for me. It is a link to an image of the same coin from wildwinds, which is an amazing reference site for ancient coins.

I can’t open it either. But that is the exact coin. Thank you very much for the information. I am so glad that you saw my post. I am so sorry that you have been cut off from roll hunting. That is absolutely horrible. Do you have this coin in your collection?

I don't have that one exactly. I have one minted in Alexandria, Egypt:
                              Constans. AE4.
                              AD 347-348.
                              Alexandria mint.

Reverse: VOT XX MVLT XXX in four lines within wreath.
