No mint marks. No beads. Weighs around 2.88-2.89 Grams. I can’t find much information on this exact error. Is this considered normal then? Weight? Everything else? I found some information on it about no beads. And the weight being about 3.6 g. Or 3.5 g. But I can’t find any other information other than the type II. This one does not seem to be the same one. Did you do the magnet test to see if it was iron? It looks like they were minted in three different alloys and each has a different weight. I could weigh as little as 3.2 grams if zinc and it may be able to lose that much through corrosion. I cannot tell for sure if the mm is there. Here is a link. Nonmagnetic. Same website I was on. But I can’t understand it. I don’t understand what the value would be. Mine has no mint mark. No beads.Did you do the magnet test to see if it was iron? If the color represented in your full coin shots is pretty true, then I would say yours is zinc and there is no mention of zinc worth, only iron. That being said, I would say it's not worth much but you may want to do some more research, maybe check out NGC or PCGS to see if they may be more in depth.Comment

I can’t really find any more information on it. Thank you Joel! I would like to find a value on it if I can. If it is worth anything.Last edited by Sheila ruley; 06-21-2019, 02:09 PM.Comment

No beads with same dies as KM#20 or 25 is a KM#26. Zinc weight at 3.1 to 3.6 g W/O MM. 1922 274,499 minted fine at .10 vf at .20 and xf 1.00. 1996 Standard catalog of World Coins.
Sorry for the wrong info and deleted post. It had me really confused for a bit.
Mine is an iron 1917 with die cracks like the NGC image.Even a fool can look wise if he keeps his mouth closed.Comment
