1920 P dime clash?

A friend gave this to me a few years ago and I have been holding onto it. I am now just getting around to looking at. This is what I found. I am not sure if this is a clash or not. What do you guys think about this? It looks like it has a thorn sticking out of the chin and maybe leaves or something in the back of the neck? Agree with Jason.....and the W is not a mint mark...it stands for Weinman, the designer

The mint mark is on the reverse, you'll have to look it up on the internet as I don't have a good pic handy

I can’t see a mint mark. It is too warm. Or it just doesn’t have one.
