Please help grading 1847 large cent

So, I have been on the fence about renewing my PCGS membership and sending a few coins in for grading. At the center piece of my consideration is how this coin might grade. There are some "ink' spots on the reverse but the obverse appears trouble free. The color is very close to as depicted except I would say it is a more rich milk chocolate color and very uniform. I would want this to be in the MS grade level to submit. Any help appreciated.

Comparing it to pictures on pcgs is looks like MS63 judging by the wear around L and the hair and eyebrow

IMHO, that's definitely Mint State. Beautiful coin.
