    Pawn Stars

    Hi All,

Not sure if anyone on here watches Pawn Stars on the History Channel, but they just had a lady on there trying to sell a 1932-S Washington Quarter (looked BU but was a little hard to tell the grade). Turns out the S was added to a 1932 plain Washington Quarter. That's a tough break. She probably lost close to $1,000 by finding that out.

I just wanted to share. I like watching the show and it was one of teh few times they have had coins/currency on it.

That is one of our favorite shows. We record it on dvr and watch it whenever we get a chance to sit down together. I saw the quarter episode a while back it seems. I felt bad for the lady.
Another show that we like is American Pickers, also on the History channel.

Yeah, I dvr it or watch it ON DEMAND and watch whenever I get a chance. I've wondered about the American Pickers show. I'll definitely try and catch on episode.

Greg: I really enjoy the American Pickers. They come up with some neat antiques from A to Z.

                        Hi All,

I finally saw my first episode of the American Pickers, and like many of you I really enjoyed it. The only problem now is trying to the find the time to watch it in my busy schedule....Luckily I have DVR!

I also saw the Pawn Stars episode with the St. Gaudens gold coin. That was a good one too. Every time they pan over the cases with all the coins I want them to just start pulling them out and show what they have.

The two guys on American Pickers crack me up. Sometimes they get so frustrated when the person doesn't want to sell anything. I guess it would be like going to a coin show and nothing was for sale...
