Maybe? Without another point of reference (like a split or a notch) hard to rule out DDD on a coin coming from a die showing strong flow lines. May have to send that in to Wiles or Wexler.

Just Google John Wexler and look in his doubled die site. It will give you directions on how to send your coin in. Actually, it will be John Bordner that you will be dealing with since he is the RPM guy for NCADD. This is John's e-mail address and he maybe able to tell you if it is a viable RPM from your pictures. jwb209@epix.net

That's right, it is Bordner doing RPMs and then Ribar does nickel Doubled Dies. They (NCADD) have a nice setup of who does what...
