    Gold question.

I know gold went up about $300 this year. Nobody really knows when gold is going to stop going up or take a dive . Taking this do you think gold is worth selling right now? I just bought two 1999 $50 gold eagles tonight at a very good price and I am wounding if I should sell them or hold them.I do need to sell one to get my money back.
Those are my principles. If you don't like them I have others

Holding gold is like holding fire: it can either do good or do evil. I'm a pessimist, so I vote sell. Nevertheless, I'm a hypocrite, and I still keep my gold for when it hits $2k!

I agree with cindy. You never know when it is going to move up so keep one.

The history of gold seems to indicate it will continue to rise. I see no reason to believe that gold will drop in value. IMHO, if you can afford to hold onto it, I would do so.

The world gold market should continue to rise in value unless of course someone finds a trillion ounce vein... With China still in an expansion, even though the world is still in a recession, they are in need of gold, oil and other high value commodities... I would hold for now and watch!!!
