The edges are razor sharp on the obverse and reverse raised only a little. Thoughts?

The lighter color on the obverse is probably a difference of stock copper material. It is like a lamination, but just a different color and not separating..
The edge of BU coins are like that. A proof coin is even stronger because more pressure and double striking raise the rims up even higher.Last edited by coop; 04-05-2012, 04:45 PM.Richard S.
