I think your coin has been replated, and that is giving the appearance of doubling.Comment

When I look at a 1943-P Lincoln, the first thing I look for is class 6 doubling, and your coin, with bad lighting, re-plating and all, does not show any signs of a class 6 doubled die. Again, there is no hub doubling present on the coin.Rock

The coin has been replated as already noted. That alone will often cause to look like parts are doubled.
And what's with the all CAPS? No biggie, but most people interpret all caps as someone yelling, which I don't think you're trying to do...

It looks to be replated to me also. I agree with what is said about how plating sometimes has a DDO or even a DDR look.Those are my principles. If you don't like them I have others
