I'm going to say no, this is not a doubled die. What are you seeing that makes you think this might be a doubled die? Maybe I'm missing it.

Try to cut back on the light source. Put a gauze pad or something like it over the light but let it still let the light come through and then take the pics.

I think your coin has been replated, and that is giving the appearance of doubling.

When I look at a 1943-P Lincoln, the first thing I look for is class 6 doubling, and your coin, with bad lighting, re-plating and all, does not show any signs of a class 6 doubled die. Again, there is no hub doubling present on the coin.

First thing that I saw is that it appears to be re-plated, as others have said. I don't see anything that would indicate a DDO. It would help to have better photos.

Better photos won't make a difference. It's clear enough to tell as it is.

The coin has been replated as already noted. That alone will often cause to look like parts are doubled.

And what's with the all CAPS? No biggie, but most people interpret all caps as someone yelling, which I don't think you're trying to do...

It looks to be replated to me also. I agree with what is said about how plating sometimes has a DDO or even a DDR look.

If I had a Lincoln cent for every reprocessed "1943 DDO" I see on ebay...

As mentioned, this coin appears to have been replated. This was (and in some cases still is) a common practice, the purpose of which is to make old, rusty steel cents appear new and shiny. Thus making it easier for them to be passed off as BU original coins.
