Doubled die or doubling or not '82D LD zinc

I think I see some slight doubling yet Im not positive. i also think thats a die crack from side of eyelid up to hair. Tell me if yall see anything in this coin? Its a 1982D large date zinc and it has a really thick rim as seen in pics.

Same coin as the other post?

Lets just talk there if it's the same.

There is doubling on the BER in Liberty and machine doubling on the D in God and R in trust... Also a die crack from eye corner to hair thats all I could figute out.

Now I see why Ed is asking this. This thread is the same coin as Dearing's thread here regarding the coin standing on it's edge http://www.lincolncentforum.com/foru...ts-own-rim-lol

But, that thread does not have all of these photos attached to it, so it will probably be easier to address Dearing's question about doubling on this thread.

My question for Dearing is, can you take close up photos with your scope? In order for us to see what you are seeing, we need to be able to see up close.

This is the same coin the rev has the clashes... I can always merge the 2 threads if need be but I am with Vivien for now... The pics are a little to blurry to tell for sure but it looks to be a normal 82 LD... The devices on the 82 LDs were thick and sloppy looking (lack of a better term)!!!

I think close up is better, then if we need to we can zoom in and see even more.

It is good to have a full obv and rev pic... Close ups of the error or variety helps in identifying what you have however if that is the best you can do then we will do what we can to help you out... We all started out at the beginning Imagine the days before we had all this cool technology at our finger tips... If you wanted to send someone a pic of your coin you had to break out the film and camera snap a pic wait until the roll of film was full then take it to the store to get the film developed... Then go back home get a photo mailer and send the pics by pony express Do you have a computer other than your fone???

I just ordered a mini table top tripod to take my pics and stabilize, that should help a lot lol
