Has anyone ever discovered a 1959 with a wheat reverse? Is there ant possibility of a coin like this existing, or would this be completely out of the question? If it did exist how would this happen?

I believe PCGS examined it, and was unsure and did not grade it due to a question of its authenticity.

My lotto ticket is on the way, can't wait to check the reverses of this original bank roll. Might even find something new! Once again this article is very interesting. What is the story on "contoversial circumstances"?

I could probably retire if I found just one MS 59D EARS REVERSE. One can only try and dream for you can not win without trying. Imagine stumbling onto a whole roll, you would have to feed them out slowly over the years so you would not flood the market. Look at the trouble the current owner of the only one is having just trying to get a grading company to certify his coin. It would really help him out if I found one!Comment
