    1959 Wheat Reverse?

Has anyone ever discovered a 1959 with a wheat reverse? Is there ant possibility of a coin like this existing, or would this be completely out of the question? If it did exist how would this happen?

There is one known 1959 memorial cent with a 1958 reverse.

I believe it is a Denver issue?

In my opinion I believe that it was done inside the Mint on purpose similar under controversial circumstances surrounding the 1958 1c Major DDO.

I seem to recall hearing something to the effect that it was largely regarded as "suspect". (Yes / No..?)

I believe PCGS examined it, and was unsure and did not grade it due to a question of its authenticity.

My lotto ticket is on the way, can't wait to check the reverses of this original bank roll. Might even find something new! Once again this article is very interesting. What is the story on "contoversial circumstances"?

I could probably retire if I found just one MS 59D EARS REVERSE. One can only try and dream for you can not win without trying. Imagine stumbling onto a whole roll, you would have to feed them out slowly over the years so you would not flood the market. Look at the trouble the current owner of the only one is having just trying to get a grading company to certify his coin. It would really help him out if I found one!

The one rumored to exist is a counterfeit. If genuine there would be more than one. All experts agree spurious.
