That's impressive enough! I bought one of the $300 wheat bags from HCC, and although I did quite well in quantity searching value, I was hoping maybe I'd get a beat up one of the keys like you are describing. But the best was a 1912S in P1 or F2 condition.
The wacky thing is that out of all the pennies under 1928, the 14D was in the BEST condition! And the 09VDB the second! I didn't think life worked that way??? Most of the 1928's and above were at least VG. Now THAT is to be expected...Comment
