I don't recall ever seeing a 70-S small date proof with true rainbow toning like this. Beware sellers claiming it's a small date when you see one of these! I've seen a few on ebay advertised incorrectly. This is how a small date proof should look:

Ghosting from the obverse to the reverse happened a lot in the 1950's. I'm impressed you caught on!

The 1970 proof sets are known for toned cents.....it was the mint's fault. I own/owned quite a few of these, most of them in NGC slabs.
