I know this has nothing to do with looking at varities but i just got 2 negative feedbacks from a buyer on ebay that bought 2 coins from me and said the items were not as discribed but he will keep them anyways..He bought a 1955-D RPM#2 and a 1954-S RPM#4..I check the items 2 times before i send anything out.I just believe he doesn't know what he is looking at..How can you not tell those 2 rpm's,,they stand out like a sore thumb..I offered to send a full refund if he was not happy but he said he wants to keep them and still left me negative feedbacks..Some people really have the Bal-s..I just had to get this off my chest..Sorry

You could always try and get eBay to remove them but I have never heard of anyone having luck with that. Your best bet is to add him to your block list, reply to the feedback telling your side of the story, and pm me his eBay username so I can block him as well.THOMAS J.

I have heard of people getting negative feedback taken off. This may not be the best advice but I would research him and look at all his feedback left from others and then go done the list and see if he is leaving negative feedback to others. Go as far as messaging some of his other sellers and get to the bottom of it. If you honestly feel you are right I would not just lay down and accept negative feedback. That plays important part on ebay sales. See if it is a trend.
You may be talking about the guy that I have posted a few times. He has got bunch of ebay names and does that often. He ripped me off a year ago and I still send messages to the people that he buys from. Most say thanks and 1 out of every 10 probably, said that he does same thing to them. Not from Aurora IL. is he
Like I said probably not the best advice but that's what I would do. If it is a common accourance where you an prove it ebay will remove it. If you right. Make it where he was sorry he scrwd you and maybe he may change it. lol brought up bad feelings lolComment

Right now all i can say is he or she is from AZ..Sent him a message asking him what was wrong with the coins but got no return answer..Contacted ebay and still waiting to hear from them.I will call them later today.Comment

You definitely need to pursue this with Ebay. It sounds suspect that he wants to keep them anyway. I think Ebay will remove it based on that fact alone.Bob Piazza

Well i called ebay and they told me that they could see that maybe 1 of the coins being wrong but not both of them as the buyer is saying which i know that either of them were wrong..I had to send the buyer a message asking him what was wrong with them and to revise the feedbacks he left me or to return them for a full refund if not happy with them. He said in my feedbacks that the item(s) were not as described and yet he was keeping them..Ebay said the buyer has more rights than the seller does..Comment

Post his user ID here please. There is no reason to keep it a secret and it allows all of us to block a bad buyer.
