    Beauty of a cherrypick

Got it off eBay listed as a regular '09 VDB. Expect it to grade in at 64.

Nicely done! Some exceptional luster on the reverse.

Can't wait to see your picks on a background other than black, but tentatively, I agree with your grading. Sweet pick!

That's a pretty penny! Good find. I wonder if it's doubled. I'm one of the worst so far at doubling unless it's in your face obvious or nice crisp lines. But I recall reading a filled in b is one of the die markers. Just a thought...

Note the extra thickness on the date and the "E" in "WE".

The '09 DDO-002 is an easy one to find. Note the filled B and R in Liberty, the E in we, and the thickness in the date. Also there is an obvious die clash above the bow tie under the chin but it didn't show up well in the photo.

+1. I have had tremendous success picking these at shows and from dealers shops.

Will do Chris. I have this same cent just more heavily worn. That is my avatar over there.

And by the way thank you. I wasn't sure if this one was. I just recalled the filled in b but as flyhi said there are other markers to. Right after dinner it's to the loupe for me!
