look in the glossary under "struck through late stage die cap"
I am leaning to "struck through late stage die cap" even though I have never examined one personally.
There are quite a few who have and they will ring in when they can with their opinionLast edited by onecent1909; 04-24-2016, 07:25 PM.Member: Florida State representative for the ANA, Florida state representative for CONECA, F.U.N. and the Ocala Coin Club -
Judging by the enlarged and essentially cropped RTY, it looks like a mid-late stage counterbrockage. A very nice find.

It very well could be a 1982. It is Reverse Design Variation #4, which places it between 1974 and 1985. If it is a zincoln, (weight 2.5g) that would narrow the parameters to 1982-1985.All opinions expressed are not necessarily shared by willbrooks or his affiliates.
