Probably somebody made mistake and thought it was foreign coin.

Tough to tell but it looks like a SL not a LL.

Needs an overlay to be sure.

That is awesome... Can not believe some one would spend that... Still has good detail showing and I am no grader but I would think a low to mid VG???

WOW if that is a real WALMART find. It looks VF to me, VF Greysheet runs $42 - $45.00 in VF. That is a very lucky pull!
