Interesting. I would imagine that MD is likely with it being so widespread on other parts of the face, but I do have two examples of MD on a DDO. Maybe Bob or Billy would take a look in hand.

I agree Jason. The anomoly on the nose appears flat and wide; however, the anomolies on the lower lip and chin show a rounded dull convex curvature nature, their placement something that i can't imagine being casued by a working die. I really don't know though. I would like to hear what Bob or Billy's opinion on this one.
