This is a 1991D it seems split plating is very common in 90-93. It would of been a nice DDR.

Cant tell if its split plating or not, but it almost looks like a doubled die. -
Heres better pictures. But I still think its a form of split plating. This is very similar to Cherrypickers: FS-01-1991D-801, Crawford: CDDR-001. Plating split doubling is something completely different. The plating literally splits You appear to have a doubled die.
