Error Die Clash/Break | 2 possible mad die clashes.

Heres 2 different possible mad die clashes. The secon pic is the second one I found from 1985 same spot and all. The first pic is 1995.

First pic question:

Does the area above IN rise to meet the rim, or is it slightly lower than normal? I can't tell because of the shadow. If it rises, like a hill, to the rim, it could be die attrition. I found a 1982 that looks very similar. Here is the link:

The first one looks like peripheral die damage of some sort. The second one looks interesting.

The specimen on the left has a die attrition error. The specimen on the right seems to show a shallow groove. That would be inconsistent with a tilted and radically misaligned die clash; it could very well be a contact mark from another coin.

I agree, peripheral die damage, maybe attrition. The second I'm not sure. It's incuse and this is the second you found? To be classified as MAD clash something needs to be tied into the design - right now I am not seeing that.
