Hello again,
I picked this up of eBay recently. It was labeled as a blank planchet which I think kept the price down, but given that the reverse is fully struck, it must be at minimum, a nice capped die.
In hand, I can also make out the faint outline of an inverted reverse memorial image. Does that make this coin more specifically a late state "mirrored brockage?" That's what I think I should call this since the inverted Memorial image can definitely be seen in hand, even though its very hard to see in my photo's (despite many attempts). I believe this coin is dated 1976, but I'm not 100% as the date is barely showing through.

Thanks for looking and for any input in advance.
John
