What you see on the obverse is called a misaligned die, or MAD for short.

Welcome Ikuna. Nice job getting the images posted.
Now if both rims on the same coin had a similar issue, it would be an "Off center" strike. The further away from the "Normal" position, the more desirable it becomes.

Welcome to the LCF Ian! Thank you for posting your photos and question. The area of the rim left of Liberty somewhat resembles a rim cud but I'm thinking it is just where the rim is starting to separate because of the misaligned die strike. A close up of that area would be needed to really tell what is going on there.

Nice pics... I'm in on the misaligned die... I do not think it is a cud but a small finned rim that has been worn over??? The finned rim would have been caused due to the misaligned/tilted die... Here is a definition from Error Ref http://www.error-ref.com/finning/ Not sure tho as I can not zoom in close enough... A close up of the rim would be nice if possible... Here is the info from out Glossary -

Finned Rim: Either a portion of, or the entire rim of a coin that is pushed up perpendicularly to the coin face as a result of excessively high striking pressure. This extra pressure causes some of the rim’s metal to squeeze into the space between the neck and the collar in the striking chamber. Image courtesy of liveandievarieties.

I changed the error info in the title from CUD to Misaligned die... If I am incorrect I will change it back!!!
