This is a 93P. Is it a clash Between column 7 and 8 at the top? Also, there sees to be a similar smaller anomaly on the bottom right corner between 8 and 9. What do you guys think?

The clash was certainly misaligned slightly from my overlay. It's rare for a clash marks to not show some degree of misalignment and or rotation. The overlays are just approximate. I could generate one for this clash and ascertain the degree and percentage off, but it is not the easiest process, and I only do it for something extreme.
