Clash or other anomaly?

This is a 93P. Is it a clash Between column 7 and 8 at the top? Also, there sees to be a similar smaller anomaly on the bottom right corner between 8 and 9. What do you guys think?

That's a series of die clashes. I definitely see two clash events, and possibly a third.

What do you think abut the spot between 8 and 9 in the bottom corner clash also?

This is a close up of the other spot that seems to be a clash between 8 and 9.

Seems like at least two clash events where we still can see the neck and maybe some of the mouth...

It looks to me like we're seeing something in bay 7 that the overlay isn't showing. Tilted or misaligned?

The clash was certainly misaligned slightly from my overlay. It's rare for a clash marks to not show some degree of misalignment and or rotation. The overlays are just approximate. I could generate one for this clash and ascertain the degree and percentage off, but it is not the easiest process, and I only do it for something extreme.
