It looks likes there is definitely something going on with IGWT.

I'm seeing a well struck 1973 Lincoln cent, but I'm not seeing any kind of hub doubling from the photos.

I agree, the upper motto is showing some extra thickness, in particular GOD, E of WE and RU in TRUST. That looks listable.

This is a doubled die from what I can see, and it would be listable as a class 6 or a class 2+6.
