1967 P Bar L or gouge? Need some help please.

    I personally don't see how this one could be listed as a DDO. This one does look more like a gouge or took mark/dent to me.

    I must also disagree with the consensus line of thought here that attributers would list anything questionable if there are few varieties listed for the date. That is the wrong mindset to have as an attributer. I would look at things as if the date wasn't even there. Is it a variety or not? If it is, it gets listed. If it is not, then it should not be listed no matter what the date.

      Thanks for looking Bob!! Are you pretty comfortable with your attribution as is or would an in hand inspection be in order? You know I value your professional input greatly!

        You have a great group of photos there. I can comfortably say that even an in hand look would not sway my opinion.

            Confusing to me yes but to others probably not You can find SMS coins in rolls but I think they would be harder to identify as SMS??? That would be something Ed or one of the other pros could determine... I went up and reread the 1st post and had to come back and reread this post... I am glad you said it was reworded...
