I have a couple Harris folders I attempt to fill holes with just pocket change. I'm actually doing pretty well after just six months but may get a bag fom my friendly banker for a more serious search at some point. A little variety once in awhile keeps our searching skills sharpened I think. Bill

I've got Danscos and Whitmans of cents through halves, but since finding LCR, I only have eyes for Abe.

I love nice nickels as well as the cents but in my experience, Last night for example, I pick up 20.00 worth at the bank. They were low on Lincolns so I got those instead. I went through them all in about an hour, finding only three pre 60 nickles and a whole lot of beat up garbage. These at best are only worth about .35 cents each. Occasionally there is a silver nickel for excitement, but not often. Plus nickel suffer from so much die wear it gets tiring trying sort a variety from overused dies. Bust Wishes to what interest you the most though. Anthony

Its a great time to build a Jefferson set. Best do it now while a complete business/proof set is still very affordable. A 1950D Jefferson has about the same mintage as a 1924D Lincoln cent. You can pick up a BU 1950D Jefferson on Ebay for around $25. Compare that to a BU 24D Lincoln!!!
