In the pile of coins I bought I found this 1876CC dime. I see that it is a DDR. I can't find a list # for it. Can any body help? Maybe with a value mark. I got to make some of my money back LOL.
Frank
That's a VERY cool and dramatic DDR Frank. Not in the Cherrypicker's Guide. I'm not familiar with it- I never used my Seated dime, quarter or half references, so I sold them. Sorry I can't be more help.

Thanks Chris, I have the New CP book for the half dimes up to dollars but I don't see this one. I would think this one would be listed .Let me know what you find out.
Frank
Thats the one!!!. But my second C is not a rpm, but I can see some other doubled areas. Thank You. Now too find a value. This one is going on auction but don't want to give it away.
Frank
I don't know what to make of it. Why is the E in ONE significantly doubled and the rest of the reverse is not? Possible the E in ONE it is recut rather than doubled? The coin is too worn for me to see any other doubling on the outer devices. The Carson City Collectors Coin forum is closed, so I can't put it up there and ask.

This one is in the doubled die files as 1876-CC 10¢ WDDR-001, thanks to the help from Mr Coinman.
I believe this is listed in Breen's Encyclopedia U.S. AND COLONIAL COINS. As 3397 "Type 1" Small Knob to 6. Rev. Doubled Die. Rare. Rusted Obv. and Rev. Dies.
