Today I was at the grocery store and spotted a wheatback in one of those clear, plastic donation boxes. You know the ones, they have a lock and the only opening is a tiny slit for coins. Then it occurred to me, what if there was a 1983 DDR #1 sitting in there?
Here's my question: what would you do if you saw a true rarity sitting in one of those donation boxes, like a 1984 double ear, or a 1972 DDO #1? Would you ask for the box to be opened so you could have the penny? Would you let it go, knowing you might have just passed up a few hundred dollars?
