    IMHO... its too condescending and reeeks of superiority - sort of like, (this may be harsh).. " you are stupid and I am smart..... go get educated ................" There is a ton of info in there and while it must have taken a long time to write all that... I think your good will got lost in the translation. Suggestion: Keep it short and sweet with links to other examples of the specific coin and then a reference or two to back up the collectable category of the variety you are selling.

    I'm a spanking new member here, so really my opinion doesn't count on this forum however I am an ancient old expert buyer, consumer of everything, so from my perspective take my LWCx2!

      I say that you did a pretty decent job at enlightening your buyer. I agree with the question that why did he purchase something he knows nothing about, but besides that, to whine after the fact. I have purchase items that I knew I was taking a risk, but out of curiosity. I wanted to experience a marginal or counterfit coin to become aware.

      You did a cllasy thing in your informative reply. Good form...
