Looks like it has a few small carbon spots. MS65RD is a safe estimate, maybe higher.

So do I !!!!!! Really. To tell you the truth I got this from a nuclear plant I work at here and there. I haven't been there since Dec. Let me explain. Inside a nuclear plant, I mean inside the heart of the plant there is no chemicals aloud at all !!!. Any way there is copper pipes inside there and once a month they get cleaned. They use cloth towels and this solution I have. They wipe the copper pipes down with it. The color didn't change on the pipes and they look new. These pipes have been in there for 20 years or so. I ask about what they were using and also said I thought no chemicals were aloud. They told me that it wasn't chemical that they were using. I ask for some and what was the name of it. They had no idea what it was called and it had no MSDS label. All chemicals at the plant have to have a MSDS label by fed law. Any way it's like pulling teeth to get a paper cup out of the plant. I was able to get a eye drop bottle of it. I look at the container in which it came in and there was no info of what it was or name. I contacted supplies there and they would not help me. They did say a one gallon plastic container cost over $400. That's as far as I ever got. So I have very little and use it wisely. I will be going back soon to do some more work there. I am going to try again and find out more on it. I'll let you guys know if I find anything out. Sorry but I wish I really knew. As long as it has no chemicals in it I'm okay with using it and it does a fantastic job as you can see.

Are you going to include a health disclaimer along with the sale of the coin?

I don't know what my doctor would say if I told him I got radiation poisoning from coin collecting.

LOL tell me your kidding. The sample I got was out of the supply room. Not from inside the main part of the plant. I been using this here and there since last Jan with no gloves, just figures and a cloth towel. Nothing harm me. Everything you use there has instructions on how to use and plus you have to got through a meeting to do a job. I spook to the NRC there about it and was told there's nothing in it to harm me. They just wipe the pipes down then wipe them dry and the cloth towels go into the clean trash. Now of course anything that goes inside the main part does not come out not unless it is bagged clean.
The NRC has very tuff rules by fed law. It's not against the law to have this. The paper work from the main office is the problem. No body wants to take the time to look it up for me.

I use this in my small office. No odor. Been on my bear hands many of times. In fact a use my fingers at first to rub in on the coin. No radiation in the supple room. If it did have it I would not been able to leave the plant. They have body count machines that check internal parts of your body and out side your body when you leave the plant. I been going there for 20 years and had no problem. I'm NOT trying to sell this to you, I was just telling you what I did. Take it as it is.

It's important to mention so people reading won't think they can polish a RB into a 65-66RD.
What it did is made the coin look nice but it's almost 100% certain that if sent for grading it would come back altered surface AU or unc details. It does look nice.

I thought he meant disclaimer saying it was polished.

                              Frank,

I don't think anyone is jumping on you. Chris just has a sense of humor and I think his tongue was firmly in cheek with that comment. I think we all appreciate you sharing this information and I for one hope you can figure out what it is.

Nothing wrong with doing whatever you like to your own coin

That's one of the issues about getting coins graded, some will sneak through but most won't.
I'm not sure if you meant you sent "this" coin for grading.
It would be interesting to send it in and post the results if you do.
