If you look at RDV 3 and 4 where the cross bar meets the vertical bars on the left side 3 and 4 both have a small ramp 3 has a larger ramp and 4 has a flat field... the Die where the ramps are would be incuse or sunk in or raised on the coin... The field areas are flat... I think what VV is saying on RDV 004/RDV 003 - VV 017 - is as you look at the coin you see RDV 004 over RDV 003 and not the way it was hubbed???
