    Rare Coin | 1992 p close am....ms 67

found the second 1992 p close am I have ever seen for sale!....

number one...I cant understand why the rotation is not listed...
dose anyone know if all 1992 p close am have a die rotation?
should I call PCGS and check on that detail?

number two...No problem that I got out bid...I didn't think I would be able to win...just wanted to say I was biding on it.....but the bidder that is winning...has a feedback score of 25...no problem again...Bid activity (%) with this seller: 100% .... IS the
bidder biding up his own coin because the price is WAY to low
should I ask EBAY to look into this?

is it my place? or caveat emptor?

Yes, I would report it to Ebay as it has been relisted already....looks pretty fishy to me.

He does state on the new listing that he ended the previous one because of problems.....when you said winning bidder, I assumed a schill bidder had won it.

The Cert checks out and it is listed in the Pop. Report.

Report him for sure. That is a shame.

That makes a huge difference.....the seller can end an auction without repercussions pretty much at will....at least that's what they told me when I needed to end one.

It doesnt say his feedback score. Just says he has 25 feedbacks. Could be 100%. Doesnt mean anything. Theres no way of telling who is bidding until they leave a feedback and you see the coin that was purchased.

I think the coin looks legit. Am I missing something?

Let me give you my perspective as a long time eBay seller and buyer. First off, this seller has 100% satisfaction rating over the past 12 months. This is not easy to do on eBay these days. Also eBay has software that can detect when bids are being made from the same IP address and their proxies. This means that any computer using the same gateway to the internet will not be able to bid on the item without throwing up a red flag to eBay. I am not understanding how you came up with the conclusion that the bidder only bids on this sellers items. Yes, the screen names of bidders is encoded. This is to keep other sellers from contacting the bidders to try and sell them items. The feedback score, however, is NOT encoded. Which means you could scan over the past feedback of a seller looking for buyers with the same feedback score. If you find one and you notice that there is a lot of feedback left by this same buyer then it looks fishy. Lastly, the fact this buyer having a feedback score of 25 is indeed alarming, if I were a potential buyer, I would also be concerned with your score of 75. In the world of eBay, 75 is considered low. If you truly feel something is fishy, report it. But in my mind, I do not see a seller driving up the price in the first day of the auction. It scares off potential other buyers. A seller would want a bidding war, and you would lose other buyers by having the price already so high.

Looks legit to me, too. Wonder how high this goes? If the 92-d cam sold last week for $20k in 64rb is any indication, this will certainly blow that away. Of course, it could've been a complete fluke.
                          But this one's gorgeous...

With the safeguards eBay has in place for buyers and sellers, this coin could potentially blow the last one out of the water.

I agree with Sean. Although everyone starts out with 0, when a buyer wins mine or buys my coins and has a feedback under 100 I just wait for the outcome. I would bet about 90% of all negative feedbacks are from beginner eBayer with under 100 feedback
