I'm just to lazy to look it up. Does anyone know what the final mintage for the 2017 P will be? I'm guessing Billions!Comment

As an American coin collector, I should probably know what that shield represents. I never bothered looking it up because I was never impressed with it. It doesn't even look American to me. I've seen better designs come out of 3rd world countries! JMHO..Comment

I'd like to see a different look on Abe himself as well. Use the image of him from Mt. Rushmore, or something.
Heck, they did it with Jefferson!"And he will tell you, skill is late — A Mightier than He —
Has ministered before Him — There's no Vitality."Comment

Might only be my area but this year it seems the 17s are not showing up as much as the new cents did in the past years.
I'm not talking about in solid bricks, I mean what I get in change. Most of the new looking cents are still 16s and only a few 17s.
Haven't seen a single P mint in change yet either, only Ds out here.
Are you guys seeing the same thing, less 17s than expected?Comment
